Shipping Information
General Policies
In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 days from the time an order is placed. Orders are shipped via First Class Mail, Priority Mail or FedEx. Photo reprints not in stock require two weeks production time before they can be shipped. We strongly urge you to select Priority Mail, which automatically includes Delivery Confirmation, or FedEx for shipment. Items sent via First Class mail cannot be tracked.
Exact size of photo reprints sometimes varies from stated standard sizes (example: a photo listed as 4" x 6" inches may actually print at 4" by 5" or 3" x 7", depending on the original size of the image. We recommend you do not purchase frames until you receive your photos).

Return Policies
Defective merchandise will be replaced. Other items may be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in like-new condition.
